Strength training is a type of physical exercise specialize in using resistance to induce muscular contraction which build the strength, anaerobic endurance and size of skeletal muscle.

BodyToning

Toning exercises, are physical exercises that are used with the aim of developing a physique with a large emphasis on musculature. Toned implies to leanness in the body (low level body fats), noticeable muscle shapes, but without significant muscle size.

Training with someone else pushes you harder

During a training sessions, you and your partner can always went all out, pushing each other to the max number of reps until failure. This is critical , as it shocked your body into creating and strengthening muscle fibers. When training, it is always important to go all out. Going all out drains you and creates the best environment for your body to grow and develop.

By having a training partner for your workouts, you are able to do free weight bench press without worrying of the weights falling on. With this constraint lifted, you are able to go heavier on sets and do more reps. If you were to do some reps with the same weight without a spotter, you would have to do less reps because it requires more energy to rack the weight alone


Your form will improve over time

Having a training partner that is already somewhat experienced in lifting, will tell you if you are doing something wrong. This is especially helpful because correct form will prevent you from injury.

By working out more together, you and your partner are bonded more together as friends. Each time you exercise, it help you to build a more successful friendship.
