The elliptic movement and handles require effort from the calves, quads, biceps, triceps and even your core.

TRX stands for Total Body Resistance Exercise. TRX was invented by a Navy Seal. He needed a way to keep himself and his fellow SEALS in top shape no matter where they were in the world, whether conducting a mission or standing by.




 Trx Training is a Suspension Training, bodyweight exercise that develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete 100s of exercises

 

You have to use you core stabilizers to work out with TRX, so you build your core, strength, balance, agility and power.

The benefits of TRX training are reducing time spent pacing from one training station to another if you want to train different parts of the body. The core is challenged in every exercise – the core is more than your abs! The core includes pelvis, abs, back and chest muscles. It is the core that improves your body stability, balance and flexibility.
